The Annex is a scalable hotel food and beverage concept designed to perform across every guest touchpoint, from breakfast service of 500+ guests a morning, to room service, conference and event catering, and high-volume restaurant operations supported by an industrial kitchen. Far from the average hotel buffet, the offering includes eggs made to order, barista coffees, freshly baked goods from our in-house bakery and a seasonal menu designed to elevate the everyday. Created to enhance both guest experience and hotel performance, the concept shows how thoughtful food and beverage can help drive stronger occupancy, improved room rates and greater asset value
